I tend to do 60 points lying down, eyes shut. I decided to try it standing and sitting and I missed something the first time both ways. Then I started using my hands for guidance and my eyes open. Success! I love the sensing hands and feet! It used to freak me out, especially my feet, I didn’t like the feeling of all the bones and things going on. Now I love it! I think that happened when I discovered my big toe!
